We deployed otn201 today around 9:30 AM with the EastCom, a Conors Diving boat before recovering the wave glider off of Devils Island. OTN201 was equiped with 2 eco pucks, an oxygen meter, ctd, irradiance sensor, echosounder and VMT.

We had a mission abort because the science sensor went out of commission after a mafile reread. The mission was restarted. The waypoints were changed to help fight a near shore current and the surfacing interval was changed to 2 hours.

The glider aborted again, this time overnight. Looks like the science sensors stopped logging. Once I caught the glider it had been on the surface for 20 minutes and it was in glider dos ready to start holding station. I power cycled the science computer by taking it in and out of service with the 'use - science_super' and 'use + science_super' commands, then restarted the mission. Here is output from the error: SCI ERROR: timed out waiting for science to stop logging 51332 40 ERROR behavior surface_7: Error from prepare_to_start_next_logging_segment()
